Thanks to all of you who entered the City of Archvillains Halloween Costume Contest! There were many amazing entries! It goes without saying, but the excellent quality and quantity of entries made picking the winners both highly enjoyable and very difficult. In the end, there could only be a handful of winners, however, so we reviewed, debated, and voted....
All contestants were judged on costume impression, creativity, originality, difficulty (intricacy of design), and the quality of the required Archvillain description.
