Existing City of Heroes® or City of Villains® Account Holders (Beta, Pre-Order or Trial-Only)

If you already have a City of Heroes® or City of Villains® account (Beta, Pre-Order, or Trial), please follow these instructions to activate your existing account. This is critical to ensure your access to all of the features and benefits that City of Heroes® and City of Villains® share and you will pay ONLY ONE subscription fee for both products.

 

To Upgrade Your Existing City of Heroes® or City of Villains® Game Account

1. Go to http://www.plaync.com/account/
2. Log into your existing PlayNC® master account by clicking the Manage link
3. Enter your PlayNC® account information and click the Log In button
4. Locate your existing City of Heroes® or City of Villains® game account that you wish to activate and click the ACCOUNT DETAILS button
5. Click the ACTIVATE/REACTIVATE button in the Game & Version section
6. Enter the serial code located in the body of the e-mail that you received and click the CONTINUE button
